KYM'S BABY SHOWER

My very good friend Jannett is getting pretty excited...
She is going to be a grandmother this year....
I am excited for her...
Being a grandmother is a wonderful experience...
I know she is going to love it...
Her daughter Kym was home for a week's holiday last week, so Jannett decided to hold a baby shower for her, as it is unlikely she will get back home now before the baby is born....
it was a lovely morning....
We had a lot of laughs...
We played games and I am now convinced that baby food has no taste to it at all, and I wonder why babies even enjoy eating it....

Kym's friend Naomi made the cake and she did an awesome job.  It is the first time she has attempted a checkered cake and it looked fantasic...  It tasted pretty awesome also.

It was a lovely morning spent with some lovely ladies...
Kym will make a wonderful Mummy and I am so looking forward to sharing in their joy when Jannett's little grand baby is born....
