Another update from Pete up in Norway..
They had a pretty incredible time up there,
the Highlight for both Pete and Maria were seeing the Northern Lights and going for a sleigh ride whilst watching them....

One of Pete's dreams was to see the Northern Lights and their trip to Norway was specifically with this in mind...
Here is the cabin that was their home for a week...

The first couple of nights they were up there, it was very overcast and they were unable to see the Northern Lights
Their first sight blew them away....
Pretty exciting, trying to capture it on camera, and yet marveling at it and not wanting to take your eyes off it.

| An amazing experience |
On one of their last nights there, they had the magical experience of going for a sleigh ride under the northern lights. I am so glad that they are having the opportunity to explore the world. Love that life is like that for our kids these days.... So different to when we were growing up. I must admit, I was one of the fortunate ones though and did get to travel before I got married.

This was an experience.
We asked Pete how you steered them, and he said all you really need to know is how to put on the brake. He did say it was a magical experience though.
Peter is crazy....
He did the same thing when we drove across the Great Ocean Road in Australia, he just had to take a dip in Bass Strait. He wasn't in the water long, and when he did come out he was bright red from the cold...
I can only begin to imagine how he felt here.
