LAST DAY IN BRISIE.
We ended up staying an extra night as our youngest daughter wanted us to stay just one more night, so we still had a little bit of shopping we wanted to do.. I wanted to pick up another pair of shoes that I could only get in Brissie, and I had some vitamins that I wanted to pick up also. (They are not sold in Rocky so I would have had to order them on line). The store that stocks then in Brissie is just 10 minutes from Chloe..
As we were leaving Chloe's place I noticed this hibiscus growing near our car...

Such a contrast to the ones we had seen on Norfolk Island |
Steve and I also dropped into Carindale Shopping Centre on our way home and we spied these awesome flowers... Just stunning arrangements with a stunning price too but I figured at least if I took photos of them I could still appreciate their beauty.
Before heading home, we ducked into the supermarket to get a few things that Chloe needed at home and also a few snacks for our trip home tomorrow.... Steve was keen to get each of a girls a bunch of flowers also and we were in luck as they had quite a few bunches that were perfectly good but marked down. We walked out with two lovely bunches and headed back to Dan and Chloes as they were due home from work anytime.

It is sad to think our holidays have come to an end...
