GETTING READY FOR THE EASTER BUNNY....

The countdown has been on all week as the kids count down to the Easter Bunnies visit...
They spent the day writing their letter to the Easter Bunny and also making little nests for the Easter Bunny to leave some chocolate eggs in.

I had found a recipe of some Rabbit cupcakes and had shown Willow a picture of it, so the kids were super keen to do some baking and make some of the cupcakes for the Easter Bunny also...

 They spent the morning baking the cupcakes... Max in particular really loves baking with Sarah.  They had a great time decorating their little cupcakes too.

After lunch it was time to write their letters and decorate a nest to put out for the Easter Bunny that night...
At least they are being kept busy and oh the memories they will have as they grow...

They had them all set up in their bedroom ready for that night.  Not only did they write letters to the Easter Bunny, they had even put out a little something for him to eat... They had put out carrots and a glass of milk for him as well....

 Sarah has established a tradition at their place that each Christmas Eve and Easter Eve, the children get new PJs.  New summer ones at Christmas and new winter ones at Easter time...
The kids were pretty excited to get their new PJs to wear to bed that night and proudly modeled the for us when we facetimed...
