ISO WELL BEING LIST
I came across this list today and thought it was pretty spot on. Mostly without even knowing it, these are the things I have been doing and I must admit, I am feeling very calm and enjoying this time of forced Isolation for the most part. Normally I am very much a people's person but this forced time out has been good. a time to unwind, a time to come to terms with loss, a time to reflect, a time to plain for am uncertain future...
I found this list inspiring, and hopefully I will be able to come back time and time again and just ground myself.
