THE EVENING WALKS...

With the Covid 19 restrictions on us and us having to remain at home and social distance ourselves from everyone, the highlight of the day for me is the walks around the neighborhood.  It is the only time we get out these days.'

Tried a different route this afternoon, and today saw lots of birds....

Desert rose blooms

Sculptured trees

Beautiful colours all in the one plant

Lots of different lines

and signs

different shapes

 And then came the birds,  lots of different sorts and plenty of them..

These birds seemed pretty tame as you were able to get up quite close to them.

I stood and watched these birds for quite some time before continuing my walk.  I think that is the thing I have been loving about my walks, are the beauty I see around me when I take time out to just stop and be present in the moment... It is the one good thing about all the uncertainty that is happening at the moment... you get a chance to stop and just enjoy the moment.. no rushing from here to there...
