Finding it very hard not knowing when we are liking to travel overseas to see the newest addition to our family...
Living overseas was not an issue when we could travel freely. We always had a time line in place for when we would see each other again....
Than has all changed in the blink of an eye....
We thought 2020 was pretty bad where COVID was concerned. Europe seems way worse off now than when it did at the start of Covid back in March....
With over 3000 cases of Covid a day in Denmark, Pete and Maria are now in a position where their home is closed off to others... If they need to see people, they meet in a park close by out in the fresh air. Too many of their close contacts now have succumbed to the disease and they can't take the risk of it coming into their space especially with a baby in the house...
It doesn't make it any easier for us though as we have no time frame in which we get to see them next.... and as thankful as I am for technology it is not the same as cuddles and physically being there in person....
I guess the family name will be carried on even if it is on the other side of the world. I also love how gentle Theo is with his new little brother... I also can't believe how much like Theo, Elliott looks. I found a photo of Theo this week and they are like peas in a pod..
Just wish we were there to hug him in real like...
We love this little family...
Where once the world seemed a very small place, it now literally seems the ends of the earth.
