We got back from our big trip a day early...
Steve said it was so that we could get organised and get the van cleaned and packed before we went back to work...
Then we realized that we couldn't pack it away as we had visitors that would be using it for the next week.
I figured that we could have an extra day away, Steve was still keen to get home, and then it dawned on me... All his mates had gone fishing for the long weekend....
We arrived home late Saturday afternoon, and he was gone at the crack of dawn on Sunday morning. Still I was happy for him, a day or two on the water is exactly what he needed...
He took off early Sunday morning to get the tide...
It is a beautiful area to camp in...

Plenty of mangroves to set the crabpots in... Not too many crabs around this time. In fact we didn't even manage to get a feed...

Unfortunately, he doesn't get out to enjoy this anywhere near as much as he should...
Unfortunately our lives get too busy...
Too many responsibilities..
Too much work...
Somehow we need to find more balance to our lives in this next year.
