VISIT FROM DAINA....

We have had a lovely weekend with a visit from Daina....
She came up to spend the weekend with Chloe...

Best friends.....

She is like a third daughter to us
The girls had a great weekend together and the girls had us over for dinner and Daina cooked....
She made a lovely roasted beetroot and sweet potato cous cous which she served with lamb and greens.  It was lovely.. so nice that I asked her for the recipe...

With a few moderations to it, we had it for dinner again tonight....
