A very impromptu girls night out this week....
Our friend Dianne celebrated her birthday yesterday so a few of us decided to go out for dinner with her to celebrate...
It was a last minute decision so we just met in the main street and decided we would go for a walk until we found a place to eat dinner...
We went to the Giddy Goat as they do a steak special on a Thursday night.... No luck there...
You need to book. Cheap Thursday night, the place was full.
We walked further down the street checked out another couple of places and then ended up at the Criterion Hotel.... It has been a long time since I have been there but it was good.
Good food, and plenty of it... Needed a doggy bag to take home...

Dianne, Sharon, Ann, Margaret, Dorothy and myself.. It was lovely catching up with these lovely woman. Really should do it more often...

I had the chicken parmigiana, it was really good... Well cooked, nice and tender, but a big meal..

Dorothy had the ribs. It was huge and no way could you eat it all. She ended up taking half of it home in a doggy bag...
Great night out with great company....
