CITIPOINTE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS FAMILY CONCERT

It has been a pretty special weekend...
Last night we got to take Willow to the Citipointe Christmas Family Concert.
What a wonderful night...
It was amazing...
So professional..
And what a wonderful message about the hope and joy of Christmas...
A wonderful focus on the birth of a Saviour...

I had made Willow a special Christmas Dress to wear....
She loved it and looked a real treat in it...
She even managed to get quite a compliments from strangers about how gorgeous she looked and how lovely her dress was...

All dressed ready to go to the Christmas Concert...
Sarah advised us to arrive early...
Like an hour early so that we could get a park, and line up to get a decent seat....
Wow.. There would have been well over 1000 people there and the queue went on for ever....
Fortunately we were down near the front of the line,  but that didn't stop people racing in once the doors were opened.  Still we did manage to get pretty good seats down near the front.  I think we were about row four or five...
What an amazingly  colourful, brilliantly talented night..
Presenting "A Christmas Lights Family Concert"
Choir...
 Overload of pictures....
Unfortunately the pictures don't do it justice,
but it does contain good memories for me....
The angels had a story for us....
Willow kept thinking they were fairies,  and kept asking where the fairies had gone...

These girls were amazing...
They called all the children to come down and sit at the foot of the stage area...
Willow was happy to go as long as Poppy went with her...
They all had to call out to Santa to see if they could get him to arrive...
They had to yell for him a couple of times before he finally made his appearance...
Santa arrived with a stocking full of lollies to throw out at the children...
He was having a jolly good time too.
They had the cutest kids item next..
They just all stole the show...

 The angels were quite characters...
They kept you entertained as well as giving you a message to think about...
They were busy organizing a fanfare for a Messiah's birth...

It was just an amazing evening...
We ended up coming home though just as the Finale started...
It was way past Willow's bed time, and all she wanted to do was dance along with them...
As we were so close to the front,  she would have been a huge distraction to those behind us...
So thankful that we got to be here this particular weekend with so much happening...
