A VISIT TO TOOGOM

On our last full day at the Bay, we all went for a drive to Toogom for afternoon tea.
It is such a lovely little fishing village and Steve always loved visiting here when we come down here..
Mind you each year we notice more and more houses being built down here, so it is not quite the sleepy little village it used to be....

Checking out the boat ramp... he always walks the boatramp....
Goody's on the beach....
Lovely place to visit for afternoon tea...  always make me think of my good friend Fay Goody...
Ruby enjoying her ice cream
girls enjoying ice creams together
Yummo...........
Lovely hot chocolates for us.
Each mug had a positive message printed on them...
We all were keen to check each other's mugs out...
Sarah's coffee
Nibblies
Our Maxie
such a happy little chap and so loved....
Even their restrooms were all decked out.
Lots of old recycled timber but it looked pretty cool..
Wall art at Goody's
Recycled timber decks out the restrrooms
Even the floors have been lined with recycled timber...
It was a very relaxed afternoon as we all just sat there chatting to each other....
Looking forward to the big long road trip with these guys in the future....

Maxie clapping hands for us all...
Our table number.....

Ruby and Willow decided to put on a little concert for us....
They found a little built up area that would work as a stage for them, and had a ball singing and dancing for anyone that was there....
They were pretty cute....
It has been a super great week with wonderful friends.
We had friends there,
The children had friends their own age
and Sarah, Melody and Linda all had a great time together....
Looking forward to some more holidays down the track with these guys.....
