CIRCLE OF FRIEND OUTING TO THE ZOO...

 Whilst I am loving our new lifestyle of being able to go away at the drop of a hat, I do miss catching up with the lovely Circle of Friends ladies that I meet with each Wednesday, so it was nice to be back home and b able to join them again...

I had invited my cousin Lorraine to join us this week as we headed to the Botanical gardens for morning tea.

We had a few extra's join us this week, as our friend Pauline Robbins was up from Brisbane visiting family.  We also managed to catch up with some folk that we knew from 40 years ago who were passing though town and just having breakfast at the Gardens.  It was totally a flunk that we ran into them but it was lovely and we chatted for quite a while.  They were on a trip back down memories lane...

After our morning tea we headed up to the zoo to visit all the animals...

We were hoping to see the meerkats but they were away visiting another zoo whilst our zoo awaits the arrival of some new ones.  Our original meerkats will be back when the new ones are used to their new home...

Lorraine and I visited the Chimps before leaving a little before everyone else to head home.  Glen was picking her up from our place as they hd a funeral to attend that afternoon.

 These are a lovely group of woman and I am so glad that I have joined up with them>  I look forward to the outings that are planned for us each week..
