ONE LAST CATCH UP..

 We ended up coming home from Brissie a night early.  The little girls were so disappointed at the end of last week when they thought they wouldn't get to see each other again for quite a while...

We thought it might be nice to let them have one last catch up...  Barb invited us over to their place for a swim in the pool.  We had a pretty quite morning at home and it was so lovely to see Max and Willow playing so nicely together...

I actually think the few days at home on the weekend was pretty good for the kids.  They were a little homesick last week, and those few days home with their Mum and Dad really calmed them, so they were pretty happy to come back to the coast with us...

In the morning,  I ended up taking them down to Big W so that they could each buy a new book.  Once we got home, they were very happy to read their new books.  Willow also spent quite a bit of time reading Max's book to him.  

She is such a good reader and reads with so much expression.  We could listen to her all day...

I love seeing the kids like this together..

The afternoon was spent swimming in the pool.  Max continues to astound us with his confidence.  He worked for ages on somersaulting into the pool doing both front and back flips..

There were a couple of other little girl in the pool that also live in the complex there and the girls all teamed up to play tiggy in the pool.  They had a lot of fun.

He was so stoked with himself.  He can't wait to show his Mum what he can do....
