Lathams News: A GIRLS BREAK AWAY..

These holidays we noticed that P & O Cruises had deals where you could book a cruise for a $1 deposit. Steve and Pete have been off on a couple of occasions for some blokes time together but the girls in the family have never so we decided it might be nice to have a girls break and so we decided to book a P & O Cruise for 4 nights and 5 days to head up the Queensland coast....

Looking at Cruising....

It will be a real Mum's and daughters time away, as I go with my two girls and my grand daughter.
Sarah and I (along with Willow) headed into the Flight Centre at Loganholme to book our cruise... We do have a long wait though as we are not going until July 2021 as Chloe is committed this July for a family holiay with her in laws, and both girls wanted to take the cruise during their Uni break when they are not stressing about study or assignments, so it was decided to wait until next year which will also give Sarah time to save for both her and Willow..

The holiday we have decided on

We figured that 4 nights would be long enough for the girls for their first cruise...
Will give them a chance to try their sea legs. Also by picking this time of year to sail, hopefully the weather will be good and not too rough... Any way we are all pretty excited...
Appartently the ship we will be on is called the Pacific Explorer...

The travel consultant was really lovely and was so good to Willow showing her all the information on the ship and the many fun features that are on it for Willow to enjoy. She is super excited and has asked me several times now when are we going on the big ship...
The ship was refurbished back in 2017 so by the look of all pictures we have seen should be pretty good...
