ON A WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY...

It is just 12 months since I weighed in at my heaviest...
Something had to change...
Chronic and crippling pain was really starting to affect how I lived life...
So thus began some changes in my life to loose the weight and loose it for good...
With medical intervention and being closely monitored by my GP, the last year have seen some pleasing results...

FEBRUARY:
The weight loss has kicked back in again this month and from the our holiday until the end of February I have lost another 7 kgs so hopefully I can keep the momentum going again.
Down to a size 16
Nice to have an assortment of dresses to wear..

 MARCH:
March was a crazy moment with not much attention paid to my diet as we were called to the Sunshine Coast unexpectedly when my Dad got sick and then consequently died, so it was quite a stressful time, made even more so then by the fast spread and constrictions placed on us by the Covid 19 (Coronavirus).  Somehow through all of this I managed to loose another 5-6kgs.

APRIL:
Well it is 12 months since this journey started and I have now lost 60kgs.. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to achieve this... Big thanks to my GP who sees me each fortnight to  monitor and encourage me..
From April 2019 to April 2020... well happy chappy
The journey is still continuing, although I have broken the back now on my weight loss journey.  My dietician would be happy if I lost another 10kgs.  My doctor another 15-20kgs and my secret goal would be to loss another 20-25kgs.  But regardless, I am really happy with where I am now... so much more energy and so much less pain....
