MAX'S 5TH BIRTHDAY PARTY...

Sarah was unable to make the Latham Christmas as she had planned Max's birthday party for this same weekend.  This had been planned weeks ago, long before any suggestion of a Latham Christmas.

The party was to be held up at Underwood Park, but the weather cancelled that... It was forecast for torrential rain, so a new plan had to be put in place...

Their house was really too small to house everyone, so they came up with an alternate plan and that was to go to inflatable world...

It was a little expensive, around $200 for 12 people for two hours of jumping and fun and they were able to bring their own food for a party..

Unfortunately we were unable to make Max's birthday this year, but so far we have only missed two of his five birthdays...

He had a pirate themed party this year and Sarah made him an awesome pirate ship cake...

There were a few things there this time that were not available to the kids to play on.  The summo suits and a couple of the other fighting pits, but i think that had more to do with Covid and not being able to sanitise them between each lot of children playing..

Still they all had lots of fun with the areas that were available to them...

Sarah had organised plenty of food for them... she figured they would need it after bouncing around for a couple of hours...

The good thing about a party here is that you set a time limit for it, and once the two hours is up, everyone goes home...

A good time was had by all, and I think that Max really enjoyed his party even though it wasn't what they initially had planned.  Hopefully next year we will be able to make it...
