THE LAST WEDDING FOR THE YEAR....

It has been a year of weddings for us this year...
We have been to five or six of them...
Last Saturday Adam and Shanitta got married, and we were privileged to be invited....
Large photo share as I record the day for them.
Adam and Shanitta had a morning wedding... so it was an early start for all of us.    Their reception was a luncheon..

My good friend Ann, helped them organise  and did a lot of the decorating of the church and reception centre.  She did an amazing job in transforming the church, and make it very personal for Adam and Shanitta.

Shanitta got quite emotional when she arrived... It was really lovely.  The girls looked gorgeous...
Here comes the Bride... Adam was gobsmacked and you could see him mouth the words, "You look beautiful".

It was a lovely service.  Shanitta wore the biggest smile all day.  She has a gorgeous smile, and just looked radiant...

Adam and Shanitta took their time to greet everyone as they walked back down the ailse.

They had a lovely morning tea for everyone attending the service at the church...
It was beautifully done and the food was amazing... Adam's family had really gone to a lot of trouble to have beautiful little bit size treats for everyone...
For me it was a chance to grab a few photos before the official ones with families.

Time for a couple of photos with her new husband.
Adam and Shanitta.
Adam scrubbed up really well.  First time I have ever seen him so dressed up.... He looked extremely happy.  Lovely to see.
We also grabbed a few photos with Shanitta's parents.

It was now time for the official wedding photos with the families....

Adam and Shanitta and extended family
Adam's family were a little larger to photograph.  The has 10 brothers and sisters and quite a few of them are married now, so when you add all the extra in, it was some big family group photos...

Photos with Adams Family
There were photos with just Adam and his parents.

 Then the extended family photos
Rudge Family photos...
Adam's brother Dan is also a friend of ours, and He and his wife Sarah had their first child a month ago, so it was nice to be able to take some family photos for them.

Dan and Sarah and Baby Abbie.
The wedding party took off to have their official photos done, whilst we all tried to put the church back in order ready for the service the following morning...
The reception was held out at the Heritage Village.  I think all the Rocky Weddings we have been to this year have had their receptions out here.  There are not to many places now where you can go for wedding receptions...

Managed to get photos of Wedding Guests for them

Also managed to get some family group shots of some of the families there also.
It was great to be able to do this as a few of them said it was years since they had all had photos taken together...

 Time for the Speeches...
Mostly these were short and sweet and somewhat entertaining...

Adam and Shanitta were obviously having a good time as the photos below show.

There were lots of young children at this wedding, as Adam has lots of nieces and nephews.  It was Willow's first full wedding too and she was adorable...  Here she is having fun with her Aunty Chloe and her Mummy.  She also had a good play with Emma...

Almost time for the Bride and Groom to leave...
Of course there was the throwing of the bouquet.  The single girls all lined up...

And the Bride and Groom left...

By this stage it was almost 5pm in the afternoon and everyone still appeared to be having a good time... I managed to get a few snaps of family and friends before we finally left...
Chloe surrounded by young children.
Our Chloe is a born Mum... she attracts children wherever she goes, they love her and she loves them..  She has been amazing with Willow since she has been living with us... Spoils her rotten, not just with gifts but with her time as well.

Chloe and friends...
It was a lovely wedding and a good day....
Unfortunately Steve missed it as he had been away with his Mum in Brisbane as she had to go down and have some heart surgery... There were a few complications, so he wasn't able to get back and come to the wedding.  This all happened in the middle of his exam week, so it was all a little overwhelming for him...
He will survive...
