STATE OF ORIGIN PARTY.

Watching the big Game

With Sarah home this year, we decided to have a State of Origin Party.  Chloe and her friend Dan came over for dinner to watch the game with us, so Sarah and I thought we would really create the atmosphere and decorate the house to watch the game..

We got busy in the afternoon and this is what the house looked like by the time Chloe and Dan arrived.

We had balloons tied to the front door and then in the lounge we had them attached to the lights and doors, and streamers strung across the room....

Where else would you have dinner when the game was about to start...

Home made pizza's.....

And lots of them

Home made right from the Pizza dough base up... They tasted divine and we pretty much cleaned up four pizza's between four of us...

It was a little sad that Qld lost the game... But then again, we have won the series now for eight straight years in a row... Kind of think that we need to give NSW a bit of hope and keep they firing for the rest of the series...
