IN AWE OF SUCH BEAUTY..

This week has seen some active sun activity which has provided some quite spectacular photos the aurora australis in Victoria, NSW and WA on Tuesday—but you'll need to be in Tasmania to have a fair chance of seeing it tonight.
 Today's coronal mass ejection (CME) hasn't generated the widespread aurora-viewing conditions we saw earlier in the week. Keep up to date with space weather conditions at http://bom.is/ips
