A MORNING AT MANLY

Saturday morning we headed down to Manly for the Farmer's Markets and also to have breakfast out on the water.....

What brilliant weather....  It is so nice to be out and about enjoying these beautiful winter days we are having.  Chatting to Pete and it seems that these are their wonderful summer days in Denmark.  We are certainly blessed in this beautiful country we live in to have such good weather all year round.

Calm waters at Manly
Couldn't help but admire all the boats...

We headed out along the pier to here....
Our stop for a late breakfast....
Off to the Cafe Bullfrog for Breakfast
Manly breakfast spot...

It was a busy little place right out overlooking the water...
The food was pretty good although not quite as good as it was at Esher St Deli and Cafe the morning before...
Just us girls for breakfast today...
Willow keeps herself amused with her Mummy's phone...

We enjoy a lovely hot chocolate... Unfortunately they don't do Babychinos at the Bullfrog, so Willow scored a banana milkshake instead...
enjoying out hot chocolates

Willow enjoying her Banana Milkshake...

really think she is enjoying this...

It was lovely sitting out on the water.... such a relaxing start to the weekend...
Willow enjoyed the fruit toast with ricotta and honey whilst Sarah and I both had Eggs Benedict...

Lovely relaxing morning..
After breakfast we enjoying wandering around checking out all the boats and thinking that Steve would loved to have been there with us.

There are some beautiful boats around here...

such a peaceful spot to go for a walk...
There is a lot of money spent on boats around here...

From here we headed over to have a walk around the Markets...
Farmer's Markets
Fresh flowers.... we bought some...
Live Music and stalls everywhere...
Sarah with some of the goods we purchases

Willow was getting a little irritable and tired as we walked around so we decided it was probably time to pack up and head home so that she could have  a nap.  The car was parked quite some distance away so rather than try and get Willow to walk the distance when she was already tired and a little grumpy was too big of an ask, so whilst Steve went to get the car,  Willow and I found a spot where we could sit down and rest our tired feet.

We found our spot and saw this pretty cook bike parked there also.

Covered in fresh flowers...
Whilst Willow waited she decided to give an impromptu  concert and got up and started singing her little soul out...
My little treausre

How I love her...

Signing and dancing with all her might...
Oh to be young again with boundless energy,,,
We had a lovely morning all together.  I love that we can get away and make these precious memories together...
