WITH THE BAD THERE IS ALWAYS GOOD...

What a couple of weeks it has been....
It really has been the mildest winter until two weeks ago, when suddenly the  freezing winds from the south pole has spent across our continent bring lots and lots of snow and frost in places that you don't normally see this....

Although it has been freezing cold,  there have been some of the most amazing sunrises and sunsets...  Just gorgeous....  can't help but appreciate such beauty...

   And then there are the early morning frost photos.  It is hard to believe that the photos below were taken around Mackay,  which is close on 400 kms north of the Tropic of Capricorn...
