AN EARLY CHRISTMAS ARRIVAL

On the Wednesday before Christmas, we left Rocky to head to Brissie before Christmas....
We left pretty early in the morning,  three carloads of us...
We stopped in Bundy for a break and to catch up with Steve's parents and drop off some mangoes.
By the time we got to Tiaro,  I received a phone call from Sarah to say she thought she might be going into labour.....
She had a couple of more pains whilst I was chatting to her, so I told her that I would get off the phone so that she could call her husband who was at work....
I told her I would ring her back in 10 minutes....
When I rang her back she was in considerable pain and told me the hospital told her to wait for an hour to see how she was before going in....
I told her not to wait just go,  it is better to wait there than risk having a baby on the side of the road....
Good thing she listened to me because, she barely made it to hospital....
In fact she ended up having our precious grandson in the emergency section of the hospital and a week later she is still the talk of the hospital...

It was all over in an hour from woo to go.....
Considering the hospital is a good half hour drive from where they live,  she barely made it....
She was ready to push whilst they were driving there.....

So it is very exciting to announce that our beautiful baby grandson arrived a week early and was born on the 23rd of December,  the absolute perfect gift for our whole family.

Introducing:
Maxwell Anthony Moore....
Born 23rd December, 2015.
3.79kg / 8.35pounds.

Our precious new grandson arrived just in time for Christmas
 Sarah is quite remarkable..
She only had 24 hours in hospital and then came home to join us for Christmas Eve and Christmas...
It really wouldn't have quite been the same without her...

We did get to visit her in hospital the following morning...
Willow getting introduced to her new little brother....
I just love these photos of them all....
Introducing Willow to her new baby brother Max....
Meeting Max for the first time...
Precious cuddles....
Kiss for baby Max...

Then it was time for the grandparents to get a cuddle....
A very happy Poppy with his new grandson....
How precious
Moppy gets a cuddle too....
The smile pretty much says it all.....

Feeling very very blessed this Christmas to have this little baby join our family and to have the rest of the family home as well as our new family from the other side of the world....
A real time of thankfulness and gratitude for all that we have....
The birth of a Saviour to redeem mankind....
The birth of our special little grandson....
Family home...
Plenty of love....
My cup runneth over.....
