TAKING WILLOW LOBBYING....

We have had a bit of rain down here since we have been here...
Steve thought he would take Willow lobbying down at the creek near the park...
This is something he loved doing with our kids...
Sarah has pretty wonderful memories of doing this with her dad from when she was a child so she was pretty keen to join them...

Steve went out shopping and bought line,  a little lobby pot,  a fish net, some fresh meat to draw them out and made some little lines to for them to use....
They had a wonderful afternoon...
Willow loved it....
Wasn't too patient and wanted to keep pulling up the meat to see if she had a lobby....
She continually called the net "a lobby"
and she had a ball splashing her Mummy and Poppy..
They had such a good time that they are keen to do it again later this week....

 Steve was pretty impressed that she changed and dressed into play clothes to go lobbying...

 They didn;t manage to catch any lobbies...
However,  they did catch and eel, and they did catch the turtle below...

Mr. Turtle......  they let him go again.....

 It was a lot of fun...
Willow came home quite excited about it all and was keen to share the experience with us all...
Hopefully we will get to go out again before Steve heads home this week...
