A WEDDING IN ALBURY

Chloe's old flatmate is now living in Albury and was married a couple of weeks before Easter....
this is one wedding I wasn't going to miss...
Danielle is like another daughter.  The girls had shared a unit together for almost four years....
She came almost weekly to our place for a meal or if they didn't come to our place we went to theirs...

It was nice to have a few days away... I managed to fly to Melbourne and have a couple of days with Dan and Chloe also.  It was to be my last trip down to visit them also, as they are relocating back to Queensland.

Our good friends Ian and Kathy attended the wedding also and it was great to catch up with them again....  it almost felt like we were back on the road again..

 Andy and Danielle were so blessed to have so many of their friends attend there wedding, especially Danielle as lots of her friends came all the way from Rockhampton just for the weekend....

 There was a lovely afternoon tea put on for everyone whilst the bridal party had their official photos taken.  I have to say it was a lovely setting on a perfect day... The weather was brilliant...

 The reception was held out under the stars... a magical night with fairy lights and star light...

Andy and Danielle's wedding cake was something else.  It was made by her brother Tim,  He also made Chloe and Dan's wedding Cake...
He did an exceptional job making this cake in the kitchen of the motel they were staying in two days before the wedding,   The whole cake was made from scratch in the two days before the wedding..
Amazing.... and it tasted amazing as well.

 It was a lovely wedding and I am so glad that I got to attend..
It was great all round,  time with my daughter and son in law... Time with good friends,  meeting new friends and catching up with older friends
