STEVE'S PARENTS COME TO VISIT...

We have had Steve's parents here for a visit this week...
They have come up for some medical appointments, so we have had a busy week running them around....
We have tried to include a few fun activities...
Steve's mum and I went out for morning tea with Chloe's Mother in law and brother in law...

We had an hour and a half between their appointments on Tuesday so we took them for a drive up Mt Archer and had a picnic lunch...
Steve's mum just loved it as they rarely get out...
So pleased we were able to take them there...

 It was such a beautiful day up there...  I love the weather this time of year...
Here's hoping that the lovely weather continues next week whilst we are holidaying at the beach.

This morning after our appointments, we decided to take Steve'a parents out for a drink to the Coffee Club.  Seeing as Steve and I are both VIP members it is not expensive to enjoy this little treat...
Again Steve's Mum was in her element and still found it hard to believe that her husband was there with us.  She told us it was a first, so it is good to have it documented as it will probably be a while if ever before we get him to come with us again...

One more day and we take them back to Turkey Beach on our way to Hervey Bay where we are going to enjoy a week's holiday with our good friends John and Barb and Ian and Kathy who did the lap around Australia with us...
