FLOURISH BREAKUP FOR 2019....

November is proving to be an extremely busy month with lots of end of year activities...
Our ladies group at church is called "Flourish".  We would like to think that this ministry gives everyone woman a change to really flourish in their walk with God, with their family lives, and just as woman in general...

Along with three other beautiful ladies, I am invovled in a sub group called the "Encouragement Committee" and it is our job to find ways to encourage the woman in our church.  One of the ways we do it is holding a yearly "Secret Sister" where we assign with to pray for another woman in the church, to also give little gifts to her and just generally support her secretly throughout the year...

In November then, we have a "Secret Sister Reveal" where we reveal to each other our secret sisters.  It is also our annual breakup get together...

This year, we organised a breakfast for our end of year event at East 45.  Perfect venue for us as we were able to have a room out the back all to ourselves...

It was really great to have a lot of our young mums with their babies come along..

The food was good, and there was plenty of it...
Like I said the meals were enormous.
Just some of the beautiful woman who came along...

Marg and her sister Coral
Kay, Jean and Eleonore
Amy and Bonnie
Narelle - one of the other orgnaisers..
Dorothy who also served on the committee with me...
Dorothy and Dianne
Danielle and her son Jonathon
Hannah and Samuel
Rachel and Robert
Natalie and Phoebe
Myself with Dorothy
Shanita and Kimmie
We had the table all decorated with candles and fairylights.
and rather than give each other presents at this time of year, we like to support some of the young families in our church who are serving the Lord in the mission fields.
This year we supported Wes and Em who are serving the Lord with "Power to Change"...
Supporting Wes and Em....
To reveal our secret sisters this year,  we used our theme bible verse for the year, and each woman had a puzzle piece in an envelope.  The person who had the puzzle piece after you, was your secret sister....  It worked well...
The puzzle complete...
Just some random shots of after breakfast where everyone just enjoyed hanging out...
The Mummies with their bubs...
Bonnie and Hannah
Bonnie and I
Some of our young Mums
These little boys were all born within a few weeks of each other...
They should all grow up being good mates...
Highly recommend this place for get togethers... Great venue with even better food...
We will be back...
