BACK IN THE POOL AGAIN..

 After having five days off, it was so good to get back into the pool again for a swim..

Steve is away at the moment, so it was me, which is good in some ways because I can swim for as long as I like.  I got there just before 7.30am as I had a 10.15am appointment with my chiropractor which means that I would need to be home by 9.15am at the latest...

I had a pretty good swim, I clocked up a 3km swim and man did it feel good to be back in the water...

Such a good day, with the sun shining, the sky blue dotted with some nice fluffy clouds... just a beautiful day to be outdoors....

We are so blessed here in Rocky with our City Council subsiding the pool with admission only $2.50.  This is great because it means that I can swim for $12.50 for the week.  Elsewhere you are paying $5 entry feel.  So thankful that our Council values health and fitness and encourages the residents of our fair city to use this pool for fitness...

The rain over the last few days has cleaned our city and everything is looking fresh, and green and just beautiful.  Feeling very grateful and thankful for this beautiful city we live in today....
