STUDENT OF THE MONTH

 Whilst we were away, we got a call from Sarah to let us know that Max had been chosen as Student of the Month and would be presented with his certificate on Parade on the following Friday.  Max did not know he was getting this award, but they usually inform the parents so that they can be there for it...

As we were due back into Brisbane the following day, we thought we would cut our holiday short and come in a couple of days earlier if we were able to be there for the presentation.  Normally it wouldn't be a problem but since Covid, family members that are eligible to attend have be limited to parents only. It would have been lovely to have been able to be there to see Max get the reward but it wasn't to be.  Still he was super stoked to get it and we are super proud of him...

He loves school and hates missing it.  Unlike Willow, before he started school he had little interest in writing or doing anything school or education related.  We thought he would have had enough of going daily after the first week or so but he is thriving and loves learning and we have seen him progress so much this year...

Well done Max, we are super super proud of you...
