NEW CAMPING GEAR,,,

 He is going fishing with the boys.... Or at least that was the plan...

Steve and his friend Charlie were to be go fishing with Alan and his brothers up at Pancake Creek.  We no longer have a tent, so Alan had organised a swag for Steve and then Steve went out to buy a Gazebo to sleep under.  BCF had specials on them, and we had been looking at them for a while thinking they would compliment our van...

When he went over to pick it up, he lashed out and bought a tent that  attached itself to the gazebo as well as a tarp to attach to a couple of the sides.

Then it was home for a practice set up in the back yard...

After acquiring all of this and doing the practice set up, Steve got a call from Alan leting them know that we fishing trip was now cancelled as Brisbane went into a 14 day lock down, so they were unable to leave their area....

Charile and Steve were a little disappointed as they were really looking forward to this fishing trip, so in the end they rang Steve's brother Dave to see if they could stay at the house at Turkey Beach for a few days instead.

It's a lot easier doing it that way as they don't have to cart so much gear....

This camping equipment will not go a stray.  I am sure we will be able to use it with the kids when we go camping in the near future...
