A CHAT WITH THEO...

 We really are so blessed.  

Pete is an amazing son and rings us at least every couple of days.  He works hard at keeping us connected with his children and we love him for that.  It is so hard with them all living so far away and the last couple of years have been really really tough.  

We have always coped OK in the past, because we have always had a date to look forward to for when we will next see them but these past couple of years with COVID and our borders and state borders close, we have not been able to plan anything...

Here is hoping that in 2022, we might at least be able to leave and start traveling again.

Although we have not been able to visit each other, I still feel incredibly thankful and blessed that we now live in the modern era of technology and that we can face time and talk to each other in real time....

Hopefully when we do visit, the kids will know us...

I love how Theo will show us his toys and ask us to show him different things... eg.  the traffic on the highway,  things in our yard...

On this particular day he was keen to show us how he could use a screwdriver and take his train apart...

I must admit, we were pretty impressed with his use of the screwdriver and that he could pull it all apart and then remember how to put it all back together again...  a pretty smart little grandson...

We even got to have a bit of screen time with Elliot.  He is so darn cute at the moment and gets quite excited and happy to see us....

And I couldn't resist including this little video of Elliot climbing off the bed.  I love how happy he is with himself... Super cuteness....  how blessed are we to have these beautiful boys in our lives...
