BACK IN THE POOL..

 It is really good having a swimming buddy.  Back home I mostly swim by myself so it is nice to head up to my friend Barb each morning and then we tackle the laps together...

Now the holidays have started though it might be a little more difficult to get our laps in unless we hit the pool before 8am each morning.  I am sure it is going to be doable..
