Finally on the move - Big Catch up

Big catch up - more for my own records. Mostly photos.
Sarah and Colin arrived back from overseas last week after spending three weeks in Maylasia, Phillipines, Singapore and Cambodia. Lots of great photos. Here are a few.

The PhillipinesThey loved it here. They went with Citipointe Live and their concert in Manilla was sold out.
Visiting Naga for another concert - Dinner with the Mayor, and a visit to the Huge waterpark where they went wakeboarding,
Another Concert in Singapore, and the girls hit the shops, some sightseeing, and then a visit to the Night Zoo.
Will share their photos from Cambodia in another post.

For the last couple of weeks we have been on the Sunshine Coast looking after my Mum whilst my Dad was recovering in hospital from a Stroke.
Our days were pretty full, getting jobs done at home in the morning and visiting Dad in the afternoon and early evenings, Mostly we stayed at Mum and Dad's place to be near Mum, but the last four days on the coast when my sister was there, we moved out to our Caravan which was having a little holiday in the country. Those four days were very relaxing as we enjoyed the peace and quite of the country out at "Miller'sCountry Retreat".

We did however manage to catch up with these friends on the coast before we left.... We hadn 't seen Pete and Leanne for almost 7 years, had such a great time together, they are such good folk to be around, and we had a great time catching up on all the family news.

We got word that Dad was due to be released from hospital on the Thursday, so we ended up heading off on our adventure the day before. We decided to head down the coast road because of all the flooding out west. Had a great trip through to Coff's Harbour. I think we stopped off at every Bunning's store we saw along the way.It has been very wet down this way, so the drive through the country particularly into Grafton was beautiful - everything is so green. Spent the night in Coff's Harbour, and then took off early yesterday morning for the drive to Camden...... All I can say is I love our GPS - we arrived in Sydney at peak hour, and it very successfully navigated us through so that we actually arrived at our destination around 6.30pm. Today we are enjoying the beauitful quite peaceful countryside, just over an hour out of the hussle and bussle of the city. Will stay put for a couple of days - still waiting to pick up our new cards... not good when someone scams your credit cards whilst on holidays.

Will update again soon....
