COASTLINE WALK AT CALOUNDRA..

 I had a Chiropratic appointment at Caloundra this morning...

We decided to make a day of it and after our appointment, decided to check out a boat showroom so Steve could dream about a new boat...

We then drove down to the beach front and went for a lovely walk along the boardwalk.  This is a beautiful area and we really enjoyed the walk.  Stunning scenery...

Australia is a beautiful country and after traveling around it, I still think we live in the best State in Australia....  Our beaches equal those of WA... we have the mountains and the greenery and amazing coastline that are dotted with islands the whole length of our coast, add to that the Great Barrier Reef as well....  

It really has been a lovely morning.  We took a slow drive home stopping in at the Currimunda Lake and checking out the mouth of the creek there... (Looking for places to pump Yabbies) and shouted ourselves a nice Rum and Raisin ice cream..

We need more days like this to just enjoy our environment..

At Caloundra we saw so many elderly couples seating under the trees reading books or taking in the surroundings...  We need to get our stuff sorted so that we can enjoy this sort of lifestyle also...
