MAX'S FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL...

 It is hard to believe that Max starts Prep this year....

Where have these years gone..  They fly past way too quickly.  

The toddler days are gone and this phase of Colin and Sarah's life have now passed with both their children at school.    He has been quite excited about going to the big school with his sister..

Before Christmas he was showing me his new school uniforms and he was up bright and early dressed and all ready to go.  

Like they did for Willow, Max's other grandparents made sure they were there to witness this milestone in his life....

We managed to pick him up from school on his third day there....

Unlike when Willow started, Sarah and Colin were the only ones allowed to take him, and they couldn't remain in the classroom with him.  This is mostly to do with the new rules around safe distancing with Covid.  He didn't seem to mind though, and there were no tears when his parents left...

He loved his first day at school.  He has a male teacher, which I think will be good for Max as he really responds well to males.   In fact he loved school so much that he came home and played school all afternoon.  In fact he told me when we rang that he was too busy playing school. 

 Lets hope he always enjoys school as much as he is enjoying it at the moment...
