SHE IS FIVE MONTHS OLD

Trying to catch up on my posts.
We spent four wonderful days in Brissie with our family over the Easter holidays....
We got to catch up with this gorgeous bubba whom we just adore....
Willow is not five months old...
Where has that time gone....

The time went way too quickly....

She got to try out her Jolly Jumper for the second time whilst we were there

 She loved her Jolly Jumper and there were lots of smiles and kicks of her little legs.  She was so cute.... I hate to say it but I took a heap of photos....

 One thing I have to say is that Willow loves to stand on her feet.  She is very strong in her legs and loves to be up on them.

 Steve and I love to do the babysitting stint when we are down.  Neither set of grand parents live close by, so when we are down, we are only too happy to take over and give the kids a night out to themselves....  Love this special time with Willow.  I just had to get a photo of her holding Steve's finger whilst he fed her.... It was just gorgeous....

 She is really at a delightful age now.... loves her Daddy and is starting to take a real interest in their puppy, loves to pull her ears.  So far Penny has been really good with her.  Everytime Sarah feeds, she is there with them, day and night.  I think she is going to be quite protective of Willow....

 Sarah introduced Willow to solids,  a week or two before we arrived.  She loves them, and is even learning to use the spoon herself...

 On our last day there, Sarah and I went out for afternoon tea with one of her old school friends...
This is the first time that Willow had worn her little shoes.  they were so cute on her.

We did manage to catch up with Pete too, and got to check out his new digs and also we got to meet his friend Maria from Denmark.  Pete met Maria when he was in South America in Peru.... they worked on the same project together and then did a little traveling together..
Maria has been in Australia for the last seven months and has spent a little time coming backwards and forwards to Pete.... It was nice to finally get to meet her...
All in all it was a great weak away...
We caught up with friends and it was quite a relaxing break...
So different to the same time last year.

At the moment we are having another few days away together...
Loving that we can just hook up and take off.
Well it is late and I am tired...
Think it is my bedtime..
