It has been quite a stressful year for Steve this year..... He lost a staff member at the start of the year when he was carted away by the police, so he has had a double work load for the first term of this year and has spent the last term just traying to catch up.
Not only did he lose a staff member this year, but a new work program also had to be written as there are major changes coming into effect as of 2014. All of this on an already very busy work load....
To make matters worse, Steve has a year 11 form class this year so was required to attend the Leadership Training Camp for three days at Ritamada. This was not something he was looking forward to doing as all he could see ahead of him was the vast amount of work he needed to have done before the holidays....
Well he went and really enjoyed it...
Personally he got a lot out of it himself...
This is one of the activities he had to take part in....

Climbing up for the High Ropes Course |
It was all about teamwork and leadership
|
Almost to the top |
It was all about trust
|
and supporting each other |
You didn't need to have a fear of heights....
Some did....

Suspended in space.. |

It is a long way up there... |

Safely on the ground.... |
I think Steve was one of the oldest to do it.... Most of the other staff were young. He always does enjoy doing stuff like this.... and it is good for him.
Thought I would include these photos as well.

Perfect perfect day to do it.... |
We spent a few days together before I headed to Brissie...
It was hard to come away this time...
As much as I am enjoying spending time with my grand daughter, I also miss my wonderful man..
We enjoyed a couple of these together before I left.

Hearty Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice from oranges from our tree... |
We have been enjoying these daily
|
Walks along the riverbank and around our neighborhood |
And we have enjoyed snuggling up together each night in front of this
|
Our open fire... |
Feeling especially blessed....
