I love the ethos of the company she works for. They are very generous and very community minded. Throughout each year they are always doing some sort of fund raising for either cancer or charities and this year was no exception. They decided that instead of buying each other presents this year, they would donate what they would normally spend on each other to help out the victims in the Philippines who were affected by the devastating hurricane....
Instead of buying gifts, they donated their money, and then made each other something themselves. Chloe scored this gorgeous gingerbread house which was made by the office manager. She did an amazing job of it and Chloe was absolutely thrilled with it. So much so that we have had to transport it away with us so that we can have it for Christmas day,

I love how she even has the icing dripping off the roof almost as if it is icicles forming...

I did manage to decorate our dining room table with a few Christmas Decorations just so that it did feel a teeny bit like Christmas at home.
I am sad though that I ran out of time to go see the Christmas Lights in Rocky this year....
