PURE AGONY......

What a week my poor husband has had...
He has been complaining now for a couple of weeks about how sore his jaw was...
Initially we put it down to stress as the last few weeks have been stressful at work with the end of the year marking and report card etc..
Unfortunately it just wasn't getting any better....
I told Steve he needed to go to the dentist and get it sorted out before Christmas....
I had been telling him that for a week...

In typical man fashion,  Steve hasn't been near a dentist in probably close on 10 years, since our dentist had retired....
Who does he go too...
My dentist is booked out months in advance...
In the end he rang their surgery and was put through to her partner as an emergency visit...
I think it might be quite a while before he goes back to visit one again....
He had an infection in one of his wisdom teeth and of course it needed to come out....

What an ordeal...
It took the dentist almost one and a half hours to remove it from his mouth...  it was difficult to get out.... and his jaw felt like it had been sabotaged...
He was battered and bruised and I cam home from work to find him all tucked up in bed and asleep...
The poor thing...
This is a little of what his face looked like for the next few days....

Five days later it is still sore, and he has a huge lump on his jaw...
