I felt a little sad this year, as I missed our end of the year big scrap day....
I was really sick and had no voice whatsoever, so couldn't really make the day, even thought I had done a lot of the planning and running off posters, and hand outs and helped to organise the auction...
Each year we hold our last scrap day of the year at the Cancer Rooms where we hold a big fund raising day for Cancer. This hideous disease has affected us all in some shape or form, and one of our very own girls has just been diagnosed with Cancer, so it is something that is very dear to all our hearts.
I am so impressed with the generosity of our beautiful girls, we raised over $700 and there were less than 20 of us....
They obviously had a great day...
Our theme for our scrap day this year was "Nautical November" and the girls did well coming in their costumes....
