PARTY TIME....

On Holidays at last, and what a great way to start them too.....
Chloe's good friend Daina was in town for a week before Easter...
It was great to catch up with her again...
She is like another daughter to us..
We were fortunate enough to celebrate a very special birthday with her whilst she was here....
It was a little rushed as it was the evening before we were to leave for our Easter vacation but still it was nice to spend some time with people we love and not have to come home and think about getting dinner ready for us as well as pack the van....

We ended up at "Ribs and Rumps"...

 The meals were huge, and we only had the small serving....
I still had trouble getting through it...
Chloe and Daina decided to share a meal...
Dan can quite easily devour this large meal all on his lonesome...

The girls had the port spare ribs...

I settled for the lamb ones...

Steve also had the small serve of Pork spare ribs...

 Daina was the only one who had desert....
It was her token birthday cake...
The rest of us were too full to even thrink about desert...
It looked good though as the staff bought it out to our table and sang happy birthday to Daina...
I am sure she loved every minute of her night.
