A LUNCH DATE...

Monday was a pretty chilled out day....
We all had a bit of shopping to do and I had a chiropractor's appointment at 11am.
Willow was at Daycare so Sarah and Max joined us all for the day...

We ended up going out for morning tea...
Pete then dropped me off at the Chiropractor whilst he went back and joined Steve and Sarah for a coffee.  A bit of down time for them....

After I had seen the chiropractor, we headed out to Garden City to do a little bit of shopping.  Pete had a long list of grocery shopping that he wanted to do before he headed back... There are just some things that you cannot buy in Copenhagen.... and there are some Aussie foods you just can't love without...

It was lunch time by the time we got there, and Pete was keen to go have his Chicken Parmi at one of his favourite haunts in Brissie.....

Our Monday lunch date....
He loves his chicken parmi....  no one in Europe does it like Australia.....
another one of those things like good old Aussie sausage rolls and pies.....
Father and Son

Mother and Daughter
a full belly
equals a happy boy
I was pretty fascinated by the lights that they had here, so had to take some photos of them...

Our meals were great as usual
Pete's favourite meal...
Sarah's went with a burger.....
Steve and I shared seafood...
Then it was off to stock up on things like.
Vegemite
Gravox
Aussie herbs and spices
Tim Tams
Raisin Toast
Apricot Nectar
Savory Shapes
Milo
Cherry Ripes
All those Aussie foods that you miss when living overseas....
Our time with Pete has gone way too quickly.....
I guess I should just be thankful that this was an added bonus that we got to spend some time with him before we head off....
