The fires have been raging around Rocky again....
It has been rather weird because we have not had the really not weather like in the past when we have had raging fires.... This time the nights were actually cold, but the wind was fierce and the mountains were ablaze for a good week...
This photos aren't mine, most were taken by friends of ours who lived close to the fires... In fact, the helicopter used their dam to dip for the water....

Although no where near as fierce and fast moving as the massive fires we had in November last year, fires are never pleasant and I am so thankful to all the firies and volunteers who worked tirelessly for a week or more to fight these fires...

Our amazing fire fighters are heroes.. So thankful to them for their tireless work in fighting these raging fires...
