The weather wasn't good today. Overcast, windy and rain forcast so us girls decided to head to the movies to see "Downton Abbey". The boys were not that interested in seeing this movie, John decided to stay back at the van and try and fix the water leak they had found in their van. Steve opted to go fishing on the beach, and Ian had decided to curl up with a good book to read...
We picked up Kathy's sister Lyn as she was also joining us. The movie was excellent, we all really enjoyed it very much...
After the movie, we dropped Lyn back to Kathy's brother Matt's place where Lyn was staying. On the way we picked up some Subway for her and Matt's lunch before heading back to Stockland's shopping Centre as we needed to pick up some potatoes for dinner..
We had also planned to drop back into Coffee Club for a drink but seeing as it was almost lunch time decided to have a bit to eat as well... We ended up sharing a couple of Chicken, Camembert and Bacon Flat Grill with our hot drinks. It hit the spot and we probably spent another just sitting there chatting...
After picking up a couple of groceries we headed back to the park to find all the boys at home... Joh was busy cooking a lovely meal for us all for that evening, whilst the rest of us had a game of "5 Crowns".

The weather was still lousy, wet, very windy and cool, so having cups of tea and fruit cake and playing cards was the ideal thing to do considering the weather...

Just as we were able to play our final hand, our old friends Steve and Toni Case arrived - they were coming down to spend the afternoon with us and have dinner with us. We haven't seen them for many years, so it was lovely to catch up with them. We had a wonderful evening together with lots of travel stories and plenty of laughs. They are heading to Europe in a weeks time to do a Riverboat cruise so Barb and John were able to give them some tips as they have not long arrived back from their Riverboat cruise in Europe.

We really had a delightful evening, with plenty of laughs and stories... We definitely have to do this more often.. and not leave it so long to catch up with Steve and Toni again... This holiday has been a great time of relaxing, good food and good company. So blessed to have all of these guys as good friends.... So so thankful...
