NEW PHOTOS OF OUR GRANDSONS....
We've just received some new photos of our precious grandsons on the opposite side of the world...
It is a very real struggle being so far away from them and not being able to see them in real life. I think that it would not even be so bad if we knew when we would be able to see them... It is the uncertainity of life at the moment.. When will we be able to travel again. We can't even book anything of think of booking anything because you never know from one week until the next whether we will be shut down, whether if we leave the country when we come back will we need to go into quarantine.
I think we will have to have no lock downs or quarantine for a good six months before we will even be game to book flights out of the country...
The best we can hope for at this stage is photos of our little cherubs and facetime calls with them...
It just makes me feel very sad though that we are missing this first year of little Elliot's life. We can never get that back. Also Theo was only 7months old when we last saw him and now he is over 2 years of age...
He will probably be 3 or 4 before we are able to travel again and see him also....
Our newest grandson Elliot is already two and a half months old. We got to see Theo when he was three months old. It won't be happening this time round...
Isn't he just the cutest little cherub you have ever laid eyes on. I know I am bias but I so want to be over there with them for some super big cuddles..
Got some great photos of the two boys together also.
This beautiful little family has my heart big time...
More photos of our Theo...
So thankful for Facetime. We do manage to speak to Theo at least three or four times a week. We often has us walking around the yard showing him things. At the moment when ever he rings us he wants us to take him out to the footpath so that he can see the fast cars. He is into cars at the moment and we have three lanes of traffic out front of us and he likes to see the cars whizz past. He also loves it when the buses, trucks and ambulances go past too...
Love these photos of Theo... It has been a very cold winter over there this year, and Theo has really enjoyed the snow... They have had no trouble getting him dressed each morning because he is keen to get out and play in the snow...
