WE VISITED THE GOLDEN FIELDS AGAIN TODAY...

 Yesterday I got to visit the beautiful sunflower farm, but Steve was out at a Men's breakfast so missed seeing them, so today once we had packed up and cleaned up we went for a drive down to visit them again, only this time going later in the afternoon so that we could enjoy the sun setting over the fields.  

So another total photo overload today as I record the lovely afternoon we had this afternoon..

The sunflower fields are right across from our river bank, so we drove a little further on to do a u-turn to turn around.  The sun was just setting behind the hill as we got to the water's edge so it was nice to just sit and watch the end of the day.  Also the cows were out this afternoon so we enjoyed watching a couple of little calves interacting with the many folk that were out to see the flowers...

The calves were very timid and would take off whenever any one came anywhere near them, but they were also curious and were watching the goings on around them.  Somehow they managed to get out onto the road which was a little worrying as there were a lot of cars on the road...

It was a beautiful way to end another perfect winter day.   All packed ready to head off to see the Grandchildren now for more adventures...  Love this life of ours...
