MOPPY SHOPPING AND A MOVIE DATE..

 We didn't do a whole lot the following day after my vertigo scare.  We decided a day of rest was probably a good thing...

However, the following day, we decided to take the children to do their Moppy Shopping.  Willow's favourite shop is KMart, but she is convinced that my favourite shop is Toyworld, so when ever we get together for a holiday they both love to visit the Moppy Shop where we inevitably do some shopping.  They have a budget of $20 each and anything over that they have to use their pocket money to contribute the rest.  

Both the children settled for Pets Alive toys.  Max wanted the sloth and Willow picked the musical pink flamingo.  Both toys were reasonably priced.  Willow's was on sale for $19.99 so she didn't need to contribute anything, where as Max's was $24.99.  He was feeling a little sad as he had forgotten to bring his wallet.  His beautiful sister offered to use her own money to pay the extra $5 so that Max could get his toy also...

From here we headed to the Movies.  We were off to see a Paw Control movie.  The children had to both agree to the movie we were to take them too, it seemed that Max won out this time with Willow again agreeing to see what Max wanted to see.  She really is a very kind soul and I love her to bits.  She has such a beautiful heart....

Once the movie was over, it was time to take the children out for a bit to eat.  Their favourite fast food destination is Maccas so once again this is where they decided they wanted to go.  It might also have something to do with the fact that Maccas Happy Meals included a set of Pokemon Cards and as the kiddliwinks were collecting Pokemon cards, they were very keen to build up their collection...

Once lunch was over, it was time to head home so that they could have a good play with their toys that we had bought that morning.  Steve and I also bought a new game to keep in the house on the coast.  We love the game Sequence and as it was on special at the moment, we grabbed a new game of it also...

We had also been invited out for dinner that night also to John and Barb's.  They guys are wonderful hosts and John did not disappoint us with his wonderful meal he had cooked for us..

We really had a lovely evening with these guys... They always make us feel so relaxed and so at home... We truly are blessed to have such a wonderful friendship and I love how now that we are retired, we have been able to catch up with them a lot more...
