DAYS 46-48… Our last couple of days in Denmark. We had planned no sightseeing for this week, we really just wanted to spend our remaining time there with Pete and Maria and the boys. 

 

 

We fed them, took them to day care, played with them and just enjoyed every minute we had with them. On our last day in Denmark, we picked them up early from their daycare as we wanted to take then back down to the harbour to buy them one last ice cream. This is by far Theodore’s favourite treat. Once we had eaten it, we spent some time with the boys at the harbour itelf. The boys were busy trying to see what sealife lived in the harbour. Spring was well and truly out in all it’s spendour down here as well. Pete joined us after work for this treat as well. That night both Pete and Maria wanted to take us out for dinner for our last evening in Denmark and we went to one of the restaurants they had gone to when they had gone out together for a date night. It was a lovely cosy little place, the food was good…. There was plenty of it, so much so that in the end Steve and I shared a meal. We had the perfect end to the day with an amazing sunset. We are all feeling very sad that our time over here had come to an end. How could it have gone so quickly…
